The Investor-State Dispute Settlement System: Reform, Replace or Status Quo?

On June 17th, 2021, the Washington Foreign Law Society hosted a presentation for a book edited by Alan M. Anderson and Ben Beaumont, entitled "The Investor-State Dispute Settlement System: Reform, Replace or Status Quo?".

Alexandra Bochnakova, WFLS board member, introduced Mr. Anderson and the three panelist - Brian McGarry, Marryum Kahloon, and Kirian Gore - who each contributed a section in the volume.
