On Wednesday, Feb. 17, WFLS co-sponsored an event at American University Washington College of Law on Human Rights, Law and Security in the Information Age, during which Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of State Tom Malinowski presented American University Washington College of Law with a certificate of appreciation “for supporting international efforts to promote the Rule of Law and Legal Education through the contribution of more than 2,500 legal textbooks to Law Students and Legal Professionals in Uzbekistan.” Dean Claudio Grossman accepted the certificate of appreciation on behalf of the AUWCL community.
