On January 9, 2013, the Washington Foreign Law Society and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) held an informal and spirited discussion with Harold Hongju Koh, the departing Legal Adviser for the U.S. Department of State. Mr. Koh reflected on his tenure from 2009-2013 as Legal Adviser and provided his thoughts on critical international legal issues facing the United States.
