Washington Foreign Law Society Sponsorship Options
WFLS welcomes annual sponsorships from firms, companies, organizations, individuals, and academic institutions interested in furthering the discussion and understanding of international legal matters, comparative legal issues and foreign law.
The benefits of sponsorship are many, including admissions to WFLS signature events, recognition of your firm, company, or organization at WFLS events, in promotional materials, and on event programs. We also offer co-sponsorship opportunities, and recognition on our web site and annual report.
Our levels of sponsorship for these groups are set forth below:
General Annual Sponsorships:
Benefactor ($2500)
- Two Individual Memberships to WFLS
- Six admissions in total for any of the WFLS Monthly Luncheons or Breakfasts
- Recognition on the WFLS Website and Annual Report
- Two admissions to each of the following WFLS Signature Events:
- Embassy Roundtable
- Diplomatic Reception
- Gala Dinner
Patron ($3500)
- Four Individual Memberships to WFLS
- Six admissions in total for any of the WFLS Monthly Luncheons or Breakfasts
- Recognition on the WFLS Website and Annual Report
- Four admissions to the WFLS Signature Events (noted above)
- Special prominent recognition in Signature Event Programs
Founders’ Circle ($5000 and above)
- Six Individual Memberships to WFLS
- Six admissions in total for any of the WFLS Monthly Luncheons or Breakfasts
- Recognition on the WFLS Website and Annual Report
- Six admissions to the WFLS Signature Events (noted above)
- Special prominent recognition in Signature Event Programs
- Permanent published recognition as a historical supporter of the WFLS
Academic Institution Annual Sponsorships ($2,000):
- Twenty admissions in total (during the year-long sponsorship) for any of the WFLS Monthly Luncheons or Breakfasts
- Recognition on the WFLS Website and Annual Report
- Special prominent recognition in Signature Event Programs
- Four admissions to the Gala Dinner
- Ten admissions to the Embassy Roundtable and ten admissions to the Diplomatic Reception
Annual Gala Dinner:
In addition to the membership options outlined above, firms, companies, organizations, and individuals also have the opportunity to sponsor a table at the annual Gala. Table sponsors enjoy a reserved table at the annual Gala, as well as special prominent recognition in the Gala program. Tables can be sponsored at the following levels:
- Bronze ($2,500)
- Silver ($5,000)
- Gold ($10,000)
Current general annual sponsors (at the benefactor, patron, founders’ circle, and academic institution levels) may sponsor a table for an additional $1500 to be included as a Bronze level gala dinner sponsor.
Time Period:
Sponsorships will last for one year from the date the WFLS receives payment. The names of Founders’ Circle sponsors will remain permanently on the list of previous Founders’ Circle sponsors.
