His Excellency Alejandro "Alec" Oxenford. Alejandro "Alec" Oxenford is the Ambassador of the Republic of Argentina to the United States.

An experienced entrepreneur, investor, and arts patron, Oxenford earned an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Argentina.

As a tech entrepreneur, he founded the eCommerce platform DeRemate, targeting Latin America, as well as New York based online marketplaces OLX (targeting Brazil, India, and Eastern Europe) and letgo (targeting the US market)—both of which became market-leading platforms and reached unicorn status. He also has experience as an investor, leading the SPAC Alpha Capital’s IPO on Nasdaq and more recently investing in early-stage U.S.-based technology companies through Myelin Venture Capital.

Before his tech ventures, he was a Senior Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Passionate about contemporary art, he actively supports Argentine artists and institutions through the Oxenford Collection. Oxenford is a member of the Argentine President’s Advisory Council, the Economic Advisory Council at Torcuato Di Tella University, and the Board of Endeavor Argentina. He has been recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, Oxenford brings a seasoned entrepreneurial and an investor perspective to his diplomatic role, fostering strong U.S.-Argentina relations.

Reed D. Rubinstein, Legal Adviser. Reed D. Rubinstein, most recently the Senior Vice President of America First Legal Foundation, is a former Deputy Associate Attorney General, U.S. Department of Education General Counsel (acting and delegated), and Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the Treasury.
