Mallory Silberman. Mallory, of MS ARBITRATION, is “among the world’s most experienced young practitioners of investment arbitration” — a mechanism for resolving disputes between foreign investors and their host governments. (Who’s Who Legal.) 

As counsel, Mallory represented individuals, SMEs, major companies, and approximately one in every 11 countries in the world (including Chile, Costa Rica, Czechia, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Hungary, the Kyrgyz Republic, Panama, Peru, the Philippines, the Slovak Republic, South Korea, and Türkiye). Over the years, Mallory and her work have been recognized by Chambers, Latinvex, Law360, Lexology, Super Lawyers, The Legal 500, Who’s Who Legal, and other directories and publications. 

In 2025, building off of more than a decade of leading case teams and of teaching an advocacy and skills course at Georgetown, Mallory launched a new resource: MS ARBITRATION, which offers training and support to arbitration practitioners of all levels. 

Inés Sosa. Inés is a lawyer and consultant with the Business Ready Project at the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C., where she works on legal and regulatory frameworks that support private sector development and reflect international best practices in law and governance. Her work focuses on comparative legal analysis, international regulatory standards, and institutional reforms that improve the legal environment for businesses globally.

 

Prior to joining the World Bank, she worked with the Organization of American States in Washington, D.C., served as in‑house counsel for multinational companies and practiced at leading law firms in Caracas, Venezuela. She has also taught in the law clinic at Andrés Bello Catholic University School of Law.

 

Inés holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center and an LL.B. from Andrés Bello Catholic University, and she is admitted to the Venezuelan Bar.

Pascale Brady. Pascale is a professional certified life, business and mentor Coach and a trainer/speaker with 30+ years of professional experience, both in the corporate world and as an entrepreneur. After 12 years as an international sales and marketing executive in global service companies, Pascale was certified as a coach with CTI and founded The Challenge Coach in 2005. In addition to coaching, Pascale is an intercultural trainer, a certified Adlerian parent educator, a wellness/mindfulness trainer, and a sought-after speaker especially on the topics of Courage and Resilience. 

Juliana Nándar. Juliana is a Colombian- and U.S.-trained lawyer with over fifteen years of experience in international law, institutional and corporate advisory, dispute resolution, and complex negotiations. She serves as Senior Counsel in the Legal Vice Presidency of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (commonly known as the “World Bank”), where she provides strategic legal advice on operational and corporate matters. Until September 2025, she acted as a principal legal advisor on institutional matters for Latin America and the Caribbean Region and led the Bank’s information management legal practice. She has led multijurisdictional negotiations, managed litigation across several countries, and advised on the implementation of privileges and immunities, tax matters, data privacy, and corporate services. Prior to joining the World Bank, she held senior positions in leading law firms in Colombia in dispute resolution and arbitration and served as legal advisor to the Secretary of State of Colombia, where she advised on constitutional, administrative, and legislative matters. She holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law and a law degree (J.D. equivalent) from Universidad del Rosario, where she graduated in the top one percent of her class.

Alexandra Bochnakova. Alexandra is the President of the Washington Foreign Law Society. She is an international and corporate lawyer licensed in France and in the United States. Alexandra is currently working as Corporate Governance Director at Finca Impact Finance, Washington DC, a microfinance institution with over 10 subsidiaries in emerging nations.

 

Previously, she worked as Corporate Governance Director at Pierre Fabre Group, France, a pharmaceutical group with over one hundred subsidiaries in France and worldwide.

Prior to that, she was the founding partner of SELAS Bochnakova, a boutique law firm focused on international business transactions and cross-border matters. In parallel, she was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole and ESICAD Business School in Toulouse, France.

 

She holds an LL.M in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University (USA), a PhD in Comparative Law and a Master in Business Law from the Université de Toulouse 1, Capitole (France). She also has a Certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from Georgetown University Law Center.
