Charles Duross, the former head of the U.S. Department of Justice’s FCPA enforcement team, will be speaking on the global increase in anti-corruption enforcement actions and its implications for business, governments and civil society.
Duross, now in private practice, is uniquely qualified to speak on the issue as he served for several years as the DoJ representative to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s Working Group on Bribery. The OECD’s Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions is one of the driving forces behind increased global attention to anti-corruption issues.
