Welcome!
The IDB Group Administrative Tribunal is celebrating 40 years of administering justice within the IDB Group. As part of a two-day event, we want to share our work and the lessons learned with the employees of the IDB Group and external guests, while at the same time allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of the essential aspects of our role. These spaces for dialogue have been conceived to allow people to share experiences and discover first-hand how the Administrative Tribunal works within the Institution.
It also represents an opportunity to pay homage and thank all those persons who have served on the IDB Group Administrative Tribunal over its 40 years of activities.
This event has the following objectives:
- To provide a general overview of our mission, aims, and role within the IDB Group.
- To generate a space where employees, managers, and experts can meet and interact; a space that promotes the exchange of knowledge and experience.
- To strengthen knowledge of what the Administrative Tribunal does and the role it plays within the system for resolving disputes between employees of the IDB Group.
Contents of the Event
The Anniversary is organized across 2 days:
- Tuesday, May 17: General Session: Institutional Approach – Integration of the Tribunal into the Structure of the IDB Group
- Thursday, May 19: Discovering the Work of the Administrative Tribunal and its Members
