In recognition of the 250th anniversary of the United States, the Washington Foreign Law Society is launching the America at 250 Series, a collection of articles exploring significant developments in American law and their influence on other legal systems, international law, and cross-border legal practice.

The series will bring together perspectives from practitioners, academics, judges, and other members of the legal community, reflecting on the evolution of American law, its global impact, and the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

Articles will be circulated through the Washington Foreign Law Society’s mailing list and published on its website, with the first installment coming out next week. Stay tuned!
