Rachel Gordon is the Special Projects Coordinator for the Office of Global Opportunities at American University’s Washington College of Law (WCL) where she works on international legal education programs. She coordinates the school’s summer programs abroad in Chile/Argentina, London/Paris/Brussels/Strasbourg, and Turkey. In addition to coordinating programs abroad, she directs summer seminar programs for law students from Turkey and China, and runs academic year seminars for international student groups. During her tenure at WCL, Ms. Gordon developed the Global Legal Skills Initiative to prepare domestic J.D. students for global legal practice. Ms. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law.
