WFLS JONES AWARD NOMINATION PROCESS
Submit the following materials, using the guidelines below, by
DECEMBER 15, 2007:
A. Nomination Form
The cover page of your nomination materials should be the completed nomination form.
B. Nominee’s Resume
The second document should be the nominee’s resume or biography, describing his/her background and contributions.
C. Supporting Material
Nominations may include a supporting statement of up to 500 words, news or magazine articles written by or about the candidate, no more than 3 letters of support from individuals or organizations, and additional biographic information.
D. Procedural Guidelines.
Nominations may be submitted by WFLS members-in-good-standing, either via mail or electronically. If submitting hard copies, send the original and one copy. Please make a photocopy for your records; nomination materials will not be returned. All materials must be on 8˝ x 11-inch paper. Use paper clips or binder clips—no staples or binding.
